As Branch Leader of the San Diego office, I have had the privilege of being part of a few hundred associate's lives who have enriched my life tremendously. I am privileged to be part of the greatest real estate company in USA with the most incredible 1,000 sales associates in Southern California. In 1999 I had the opportunity to move to the USA and in 2006 became a citizen of the most wonderful nation on this planet. The passion I have for this nation is the same passion I have for our company.  I will say, it may be Century 21 but it is not just Century 21 but Century 21 Award....Yes Award. What is the difference?  Well, we have been the number 1 or number 2 position in sales world wide for around 12 years now..... yip, since I joined the company we achieved this..... Just kidding.... it sure is not because of me but many like minded individulas who work hard and smart and contribute to our  success. Any agent or staff who succeeds is all of our honor. At Award we believe that every experience needs to be an Award wining experience at every level allways!!!

Besides my passion for what I do professionally, I am active and participate in volunteerig for the San Diego Pride organization which holds this largest event this county offers. I have been privileged to be a regular guest speaker for SD Pride's Leadership Academy. I have been involved with triathlons and Ironman competitions. I also have volunteer at other non profits such as Advanced Compassion and HRC. My passion for the homeless LGBT youth has recently grown and I look forward to serving more in this diretion. I have volunteered as a photogrpher for SD Pride and also for HRC, Human Rights Campaign and wish to serve more in this organization. The idea of a Diversity Alliance came to me one morning when a young associate in our company was experiencing a rough time. We have staff and associates who are members of this group.
